Our approach is quite simple. When you are ready, we can book a “Discovery” meeting, which will range between 30-60 mins. Here we will ask questions about your business, operations, compliance requirements, etc. Our goal here is to fully understand your needs and pain points, so we can design a customized solution that fits. We may request more information from you so that we can provide an accurate quote.

After the Discovery meeting, we will provide you with a quote for the agreed upon services. Our team will then send over an engagement letter, which will detail the scope of work, along with everyone’s responsibilities and expectations.

Once we’re ready to work together, we will have an “Onboarding” meeting to get started. Here, we will train your team members on processes and how to use the document storage app, as well as training on other apps if required (Payroll, Accounts Payable add-ons). Again, we will do all the heavy lifting, but we will need a few minutes of your time each week, uploading documents.
